Concord is trained to handle all of your specialized needs, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, respiratory therapy (RT) coverage, along with experienced nursing. We accept residents that have chronic ventilator needs, tracheostomy, high oxygen needs and non-invasive ventilators (CPAP/BIPAP) for both short-term and long-term placement. Our facility offers respiratory coverage and our ventilator unit provides all private rooms that include a personal TV and telephone.

Concord's Memory Care program is a person center, focused on reconnecting our residents to their past, present, and to their loved ones. Our program goal is to provide maximum quality of life for this population in a safe and secure environment. Our team uses an interdisciplinary approach to care, and designs an individual care plan for each resident, specially geared to their clinical needs and improved quality of life.
